After you have cleansed with your chosen cleanser, it’s time to tone and we’re gonna use the soothing toner today.

You're going to choose a round hundred percent cotton round. Then you’re going to apply about a quarter size amount of toner. Then just go over your skin!

I always like to go against gravity, so when you get to places like your neck, always go up, removing any extra makeup or debris. Soothing toner is amazing for acne and rosacea.

After your toner just let it dry and don’t rinse.
