Shipping Rates

FREE USPS first class shipping on all orders in the US Over $200
Shipping up to $200 is a flat rate of $10.00 USPS ships to residential and business addresses within the domestic United States and U.S. Territories using USPS as our exclusive shipping carrier.

We deliver across the United States as well as  U.S. Territories from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public holidays.

Methods and Transit Time

USPS First Class: 7-10 days
Allow 1-2 business days of processing at our warehouse. 

Please understand that we are doing everything we can to get you your items ASAP – but there may be issues that are out of our control that prevent your order from arriving on time. Due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies.

Delivery times could be affected by canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any shipping costs due to delayed deliveries.


  • Orders placed after 7 am PST on Friday will process the following Monday.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for USPS shipping delays.

Local Pick-up

For orders placed Monday – Thursday you expect a text or email notification within 24-48 hours that your order is ready for pick up . For orders placed on Fridays – Sunday you can expect a text or email notification by the following Monday. Pickup is at 1129 Northeast 2nd Street, Suite 101, Corvallis, OR.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards Ship free – these are electronic. Plastic gift cards purchased in store are not redeemable online. Please contact us at to redeem these.

Damages & Missing Items

If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, please contact our customer care team right away. A customer care team member will provide you with the next steps to replace or refund your product immediately. Do not throw away your box, packaging, or leaking bottles. Pictures or lot numbers are often required for resolution.

In some cases, we may ship the items of your order separately. Items which are unavailable to fulfill at the time of your order, will be marked as “unshipped” on the receipt of the package. If this is not the case and an item is in fact missing, please contact our support team at as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

For all U.S. online orders, full price items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be unopened, unused and unaltered, with all original packaging and/or tags.

To make a Return or Exchange, please email with your original order number and request for return or exchange.

At this time, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their Return or Exchange unless the product is damaged or missing. Please reach out to for any questions regarding your order.
